- PHP profiling with XDebug and New Relic to find the real hot paths
- Implementation, or a prioritized plan your team can execute
How it works
- Instrument (2–3 days). New Relic or equivalent, plus profiling under realistic load. No guessing.
- Audit and report (1 week). You get the written report whether or not you hire me for the fixes. It’s yours.
- Implementation (1–4 weeks, optional). Highest-impact items first, measured after each.
- Verification. Same benchmarks, same conditions, side by side.
The audit is available as a standalone, fixed-price product, with the comprehensive report as the deliverable. The report is yours to keep, whether or not we collaborate.
